What is ' Premium Support'?
Xigen offers our existing website customers a 'Premium Support Service', this is not designed for general queries, it's designed to give you a premium service directly from a skilled designer/programmer to assist you with the following:

• Call support for technical issues with your website or ecommerce store (Actinic or Dynamic Store)*
• Tuition calls for your custom site or ecommerce store (Actinic or Dynamic Store)*
• Fast response times
• Site development
• Site updates
• Module installation (Dynamic stores)
• Discounted prices

* During office hours 9am - 5.30pm

What does it cost?
Our 'Premium Support Service' is based on an hourly rate and charged in 15min blocks. The support blocks are pre-paid in bulk starting from 10hrs.

Support services are logged and a final report of hours is issue at the end of the period. An up-to-date report can be requested at any time of the support block.

Apart from the services mentioned above and peace of mind, our rates are heavily discounted from our one-off charge (60 - 90 per HR). By purchasing a block of time - this reduces administration time of each individual product, enabling us to offer you a quality, lost cost, premium support service.
